Emapa Transport+

Emapa Transport+ is a unique programme designed mainly for transport, distribution, trade and controlling departments or companies.

Routing and route optimisation

In addition to standard route mapping, one of the functions of Emapa Transport+ is route optimisation, i.e. solving the so-called ‘travelling salesman problem’. If multiple waypoints are entered, the application will map the optimal route (taking into account all road conditions) and rank the points in the right order.

Restrictions and traffic problems

This is a database of permanent obstacles and restrictions in traffic. It contains elements such as: height and load capacity of viaducts, permissible tonnage, length, width, axle load. All these restrictions are taken into account when determining routes for appropriately categorised vehicles. In addition, the database of current traffic problems downloaded on an ongoing basis from our server ensures that the software, while mapping the route, takes into account the load of road repairs.

Tolls

A database of all types of tolls is particularly important in the transport industry. They determine the final costs of maintaining the transport fleet and company operations. Emapa Transport+ contains a complete database of road tolls in Poland, including those related to the so-called viaToll (e-toll). The software also allows routes avoiding viaToll to be mapped.

Postal codes

The software contains a database of code regions and allows routes to be mapped using only postal codes. This is a very important and unique advantage on the market, especially for transport companies which often rely only on postal codes.

Comprehensive transport management

The ability to add or create a database of vehicles and drivers makes Emapa Transport+ a fully functional, comprehensive transport management software. With respect to drivers, you can specify parameters such as: driving time, stopping time, start time, etc., and with respect to vehicles - all possible parameters and dimensions: type (truck/passenger), tonnage, tank capacity, fuel consumption, fuel type, cost per km, etc.

The most accurate maps

The Emapa Transport+ application is equipped with the most accurate digital map of Poland, developed by the Emapa Company. These are MapSet cartographic data forming the Polska+ map set, which includes: the

• transit map of Europe or detailed map of Europe - MapSet Europe, MultiNet Europe
• a driving map of Asia - MapSet Asia
